Naval Supply Systems Command Weapon Systems Support (NAVSUP WSS) - Mechanicsburg intends to solicit and award a five-year requirements contract for the procurement of 4 NIINs for the PCMS weapon system (see attachment A for NIIN list). This action is being negotiated on a sole source basis with MAST Technologies LLC (CAGE 5PN79), San Diego, CA in accordance with the statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition under Title 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) as implemented by FAR Part 6.302-1. MAST Technologies LLC is the only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
