Project Description - Construction: Generally described as follows but not limited to: This award covers construction at one site under one period of performance, organized as a base scope (CLIN 0001) and optional scopes (CLIN 0002, CLIN 0003, and CLIN 0004). The Contractor shall coordinate trades and logistics to minimize disruption to NOAA operations.
