Commander, Fleet Readiness Centers (COMFRC) Procurement Group, Patuxent River, MD, hereby gives notice of intent to award a purchase order in the amount of $180,000 to Froude Hoffman Inc., (Cage Code: 6Z252), on a sole source basis in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), only one source reasonably available and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The purchase order is expected to include a 16-week period of performance. FRC East has a requirement for condition assessment and repair/overhaul of the Froude F359-GT dynamometer (henceforth referred to as �dynamometer�) used in the T400 Engine Test Cell.
