About this opportunity
The Huntington District Corps of Engineers intends to award a contract for the fabrication of an Auxiliary Chamber Miter Gate for Captain Anthony Meldahl Lock and Dam. The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price Supply Contract. Performance will be the fabrication and delivery of one (1) miter gate two (2) leaves and appurtenant items. The contract will be awarded to the offeror whose proposal conforms to the solicitation and is within a technical/price competitive range, if established, as determined by the contracting officer and has been evaluated as the most advantageous to the Government, all factors considered.
