NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Indian Health Service, Fort Belknap Service Unit, Laboratory Department requires a specimen labeling system that meets the requirement for laboratory accreditation set by the Clinical Laboratory Joint Commission Requirements, Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA) requirements. The period of performance will consist of a base year, plus four one-year option periods. Base Year: 06/26/2026 to 06/25/2027 Option Year One: 06/26/2027 to 06/25/2028 Option Year Two: 06/26/2028 to 06/25/2029 Option Year Three: 06/26/2029 to 06/25/2030 Option Year Four: 06/26/2030 to 06/25/2031 The award will be a single source procurement awarded to DataRay Inc in accordance with RFO-FAR 6.103-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisf...
