Procurement of Semi-Automatic Stretch Wrapping Machines1.0 Project Title and ScopeThis Statement of Work (SOW) defines the requirements for the purchase and delivery of three (3) semi-automatic stretch wrapping machines for use at Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico 00934, Buildings 613 and 522.
