The Montana Army National Guard intends to award a Sole Source Firm Fixed-Price contract to either Dart Aerospace Company (Dart) (CAGE Code - 3AL64) or SEI Industries LTD (SEI) (CAGE Code - 0CAE9). In accordance with RFO FAR Part 12.102(a) only one source is available. The purpose of this notice is to inform the public that the Montana Army National Guard anticipates issuing a contract to either Dart or SEI for parts to their existing Bambi Bucket systems. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes/proposals thus no solicitation will be posted. However, any party that believes it can meet this requirement as stated herein may submit a written capability statement that clearly supports and demonstrates their ability to perform/deliver the requirement.
