Amendment on 6/9/26 to correct closing date to Monday 6/15/2026 NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Indian Health Service, Fort Belknap Service Unit, Laboratory Department requires a specimen labeling system that meets the requirement for laboratory accreditation set by the Clinical Laboratory Joint Commission Requirements, Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA) requirements. The period of performance will consist of a base year, plus four one-year option periods.
