PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS AN OPEN BAA. FHWA ANTICIPATES BAA CALLS FOR A PERIOD OF 60 MONTHS. CALLS FOR CONCEPT PAPERS ARE ANTICIPATED ANNUALLY VIA AN UPDATED APPENDIX C. THIS IS BAA ISSUED CALL 3.0. Projects shall develop technologies that address FHWA current strategic goals and objectives (FY 2022�2026). The purpose of this BAA is to solicit a variety of solutions that will support the strategic objectives of the Office of Infrastructure Research and Development and the tactical needs of the infrastructure program areas: See Appendix C.
