About this opportunity
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Pittsburgh District, has a requirement to acquire an unknown quantity of Permit Required Confined Space (PRCS) Rescue Services under a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). The Pittsburgh District jurisdiction includes eight (8) multi-purpose flood-damage reduction reservoirs in Pennsylvania and Ohio that require entry into the discharge conduits (tunnels) and for which Permit Required Confined Space Rescue Services are required. A typical entry usually lasts no more than two hours and involves a team of up to four Government employees in a water filled tunnel in an eight (8) hour day.
