For this proposed action, the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1, �Only one responsible source and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.� Aerial Machine And Tool Corp was the only respondent to the RFI for the low-profile hand pumps (N00421-26-WPM202-RFI-HandPump) that provided an offer. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Responses shall be made in writing by e-mail to the attention of Jose Perez using the contact information provided in this presolicitation notice.
