About this opportunity
On or about 25 June 2026, the Government intends to issue a solicitation for Repair/Replace Mass Parking Apron Section V at Minot Air Force Base, Minot, North Dakota. The solicitation will close after 30 days. The solicitation is restricted to Small Businesses. Project Description: This project will be executed using a design-bid-build project delivery method. The entire Mass Parking Apron will be removed and replaced in multiple sections over the course of several years. The existing MPA was originally constructed under two separate contracts. For unknown reasons, the first constructed eastern half is 5 feet narrower than the western half south of the MPA centerline taxiway (335 ft vs. 340ft).
