NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE SPECIAL NOTICE: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Louisville District (USACE) will be soliciting proposals for PHASE I of the Design-Build-to-Budget (DB2B) Construction of the Fort Campbell Stagging and Marshaling Area Located in Fort Campbell, KY. As part of the construction contract solicitation, USACE intends to include the following sole source requirements: POWER/LIGHTING UTILITIES - Electrical CONNECTION FEE is to be paid by City Light and Power to provide permanent utility services to the facility. The fees are based on discussions with the utility providers and guidance regarding service, size and number of the connections and value of the work.
