The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 15, located at 3450 South 4th Street, Leavenworth, KS intends to enter into an indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract for On-Site Sleep Study Services and Scoring using Registered Polysomnographic Technicians (RPSGT) at the on-site VA Sleep Center to eligible beneficiaries of the Robert J. Dole VA Medical Center. The term of the contract is a base of one year with four one-year option periods.
