Contractor shall completely prepare the site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for James H. Quillen VAMC as required by drawings and specifications for the relocation of Police Dispatch. All work performed shall be conducted in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws, regulations, codes, VA policies/regulations, specifications, drawings and the SOW.
