The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) desires to procure the design, manufacture, and installation of custom-designed, semi-permanent soft wall enclosures and doorways to provide enhanced containment within non-active ABSL-3Ag environments at the National Bio and Agro-Defense Facility in Manhattan, KS. USDA desires to award a single firm fixed priced award on a small business set-aside basis, provided 2 or more qualified small businesses respond to this sources sought synopsis with information sufficient to support a set-aside.
