The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision required to perform the five-year obstruction inspection, testing, and maintenance of the facility�s sprinkler systems in accordance with NFPA (National Fire Protection Association�s) 25 and applicable codes. Work includes internal pipe assessments, valve inspections, FDC hydrostatic testing, hydrant flow testing, and replacement of 40 sprinkler gauges. SITE VISIT INFORMATION INCLUDED IN ATTACHMENTS
