Was the original bid modified, or are both this bid and bid W91CRB-26-Q-NightVision currently active? Please let me know which solicitation we should follow. A #1: Yes, the combined synopsis/solicitation has been updated and is currently active. Please note that the attached Statement of Work (SOW) has been placed under controlled access and is restricted to potential vendors with a Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 2. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provision to clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2026-01, effective 13 March 2026. The word Government in this document refers to the United States Government, its authorized Agencies, Departments, Representatives, Personnel and Assigns Only. This solicitation is a Request for Proposal (RFP), Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Case: CO-B-VJK, Country: Colombia. ARP Case: CE26025. The associated North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) Code is 333310, Commercial and Service Industry Machinery Manufacturing, with a size standard of 1000 employees.
