NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source firm fixed price purchase order to ANSYS, Inc. It is the belief of the government that this company is the sole source to fulfill the need of one responsible source to satisfy the agency requirement for the payment of annual Technical Enhancements and Customer Support (TECS) fees for two (2) perpetual licenses of ModelCenter Premium.
