About this opportunity
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Honolulu District (POH) is issuing a combined Synopsis/Solicitation Notice for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide an indefinite quantity of real estate appraisal reports and appraisal related services in USACE POH�s Area of Responsibility (AOR). The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary to perform real estate appraisal products needed for each BPA call under the agreement. The results of appraisal services will be used to establish the basis for negotiating real estate transactions for properties within the USACE POH AOR (State of Hawaii, American Samoa, the Territory of Guam, and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands).
