About this opportunity

SCOPE A recent medical gas evaluation identified deficiencies on the 3rd Floor. The Contractor shall correct all cited items and ensure all O (OXYGEN), MA (COMPRESS MEDICAL AIR), VAC (MEDICAL VACUUM), WAGD (Waste Anesthetic Gas Disposal), N (Nitrogen), N O (Nitrous Oxide), valves, alarms, and infrastructure are fully code compliant and fully operational. Code Compliance Requirements All work shall be performed in accordance with NFPA 99, 2018 Edition. Any location where N O or halogenated anesthetic agents may be administered - including CT, X-ray, and imaging rooms using roll in anesthesia machines - shall be equipped with dedicated WAGD inlets.
