The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-06 and the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO). This solicitation will be awarded as a 100% Small Business Set-aside, and the associated North American Industry Classification system (NAICS) code is 115112 - Soil Preparation, Planting, and Cultivating, and the business size standard is $9.5 Million. Product/Service Code: F001 - Natural Resources/Conservation - Aerial Fertilization/Spraying Description of Services Required: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) has a requirement for commercial vegetative management and aerial (helicopter) herbicide application services at the Wilson Lake Project in Sylvan Grove, KS. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, and materials to aerially spot-spray up to 450 acres of invasive Phragmites sp. across approximately 50 miles of shoreline. Required materials include contractor-furnished, aquaticlabeled Imazapyr and Methylated Seed Oil (MSO). The anticipated Period of Performance is 10 July through 15 October RFO 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. An addendum to this provision is included in this solicitation (see pages 51-52). RFO 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Products and Commercial Services does apply to this acquisition with no addenda to the provision and is located in this solicitation.
