(RPP): Validation Of Emerging Defense & Detection Equipment for Readiness (VEDDER) Prototype Accelerator

The CPE-CBRND is issuing this Request for Project Proposal (RPP) to identify only qualified 501(c)(3) non-profit (NFP) s capable of establishing and operating a technology accelerator for the VEDDER Prototype Accelerator (PA) under an Other Transaction Authority (OTA) agreement under Broad Other Transaction Authority Announcement (BOTAA) W911SR-24-R-CWMD. The VEDDER PA is designed to execute in alignment with Section 236 (Pilot Program on Development of Near-Term Use Cases and Demonstration of Artificial Intelligence Toward Biotechnology Applications for National Security).
