The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with Teneo Linguistics Company, LLC, 3010 West Park Row Drive, Pantego, TXZ 76013 for language-related translation services. In accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), vendors that feel they can meet the Government's requirements detailed above may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the Agency. The Government anticipates the award of a firm fixed-priced (FFP) purchase order. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
