Background and Scope FEMA Region 10, located at 130 228th St SW, Bothell, WA 98021, is seeking quotations from qualified vendors for annual inspection and testing services for Fire Life and Safety systems, including backflow testing and reporting. The initial inspection and report must be completed prior to June 23, 2026. Subsequent inspections will occur annually each April. 2.
