Sources-Sought Notice The Indian Health Service, Chinle Service Unit, Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility is issuing this sources-sought notice (SSN) to identify capable Indian-owned, economic enterprises � large (IEE) or small (ISBEE) � that can provide Ultrasound Sonographer and Radiologist to provide direct patient care to provide patients with Mobile Breast Ultrasound Services in the Radiology Department. Refer to attached Performance Work Statement. Period of Performance will consist of one one-year base period, plus four one-year option periods. Tentative start date 07/23/2026.
