The USDA Forest Service (FS), Procurement & Property Services (PPS) is issuing this notice as a means of complying with USDA Acquisition Regulation (AGAR), SUBPART 412.201-1, requiring that all calls above $20,000 be posted to the Government Point of Entry (GPE). The USDA FS intends on awarding a competitive BPA Call Order against the Forest Inventory Analysis (FIA) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) CALL 56 North Dakota and South Dakota. This Call covers: FIA field plot collection work in North Dakota and South Dakota. It will cover all plot types and will use manual version 9.5. An updated Field Guide may be in place for the option year.
