BACKGROUND The United States Secret Service (USSS) Technical Security Division (TSD) provides unique and specialized security measures in support of the agency�s protective mission. This is a non-personal services contract to provide and outfit six (6) special purpose protective equipment delivery vehicles. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to seek information from sources that may be capable of providing a solution that will achieve the specifications described in the attached Statement of Work (SOW).
