The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (Corps), Pittsburgh District, is seeking a professional training for partnership in conducting and administering the Pittsburgh District?s Leadership Development Program (LDP) Level 2.The primary objective of the LDP (Level 2) is to develop ?leaders at all levels? who accomplish the mission, meet challenges, and create a learning that enables us to continuously adapt and adjust the Corps strategic direction to sustain and improve our relevance to the Army and the nation.The secondary objective is to achieve enhanced self-awareness, build teams, and communicate transparently.
