The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to award a sole source purchase order to EAGAN US HOLDCO, LLC for annual maintenance for Prolaw software licenses. The acquisition will be conducted through FAR Part 13 �Simplified Acquisition Procedures.� The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 541511. In accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), vendors that feel they can meet the Government�s requirements detailed above may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency.
