About this opportunity
This is a firm-fixed- price (FFP) purchase order payable entirely in Mexican pesos (MXP) for Mexican firms and US dollars (USD) for US firms. The price includes all direct and indirect costs, overhead, general, and administrative expense, profit, shipping/delivery charges, insurance, assembly, etc. The price will not be subject to adjustment after award. No additional sums will be payable for any escalation in the cost of materials, equipment, or labor, or because of the Contractor's failure to properly estimate or accurately predict the cost or difficulty of completing the contract.
