Details of the original soliciation The Embassy of the United States of America in New Delhi seeks to hire the services of an Architecture and Engineering (A&E) firm with expertise in HVAC Engineering, and Electrical Engineering. This procurement will be conducted in accordance with the Brooks Act, as implemented in FAR Subpart 36.6.
