NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT 1. Intent of the Government The Marine Corps Installations Pacific (MCIPAC) Regional Contracting Office (RCO) intends to award a firm-fixed-price, sole-source purchase order to Patriot Group International (PGI). The purpose of this contract is to provide a highly specialized Red Cell Surveillance Team, secure non-standard lodging, and tactical training support. Due to the requirement for the training audience to achieve strict interoperability with operational mission partners, the training and evaluations must be conducted using the proprietary "Buzzard" Program of Instruction (POI).
