PART 1 � GENERAL INFORMATION This is a non-personnel services contract to provide technical services for an eelgrass survey at and next to the Swinomish Federal Navigation Channel (�Swinomish Channel�) near La Conner, WA (Figure 1). The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) will not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein.
