About this opportunity
Contractor shall provide all labor, material, and equipment necessary to clean, disassemble/reassemble, and inspect all lifting machinery for the Barkley Lock Emergency Lift Gate, including but not limited to the limit switch assemblies, motors, enclosed gears, open gears, gear mounting assemblies, drums, sheaves, wire rope, brakes, shaft bearings, couplings, and control equipment. Provide the initial inspection reports with pictures of the equipment that show any deficiencies found during the inspection. Provide touch-up painting for all exterior surfaces of items in the scope of work after inspection except as otherwise noted. If a contract option is exercised, paint the respective components (except as otherwise noted) after the work in the contract option is completed. After completion...
