This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with RFO Subpart 12.2 (RFO Deviation effective April 20, 2026), as supplemented by R-DFARS Part 212 (Class Deviation 2026-O0028, effective December 18, 2025).
