This RFI does not constitute a solicitation, a Request for Proposal (RFP), or a commitment by the U.S. Government to award a contract. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this RFI. The Department of State (DOS) is conducting market research to identify qualified vendors capable of providing specialized aviation decontamination services in support of the Department's biocontainment aviation mission.
