1.0 BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVE The 72d Civil Engineer Directorate (72 ABW/CE) at Tinker Air Force Base (TAFB), Oklahoma, is seeking capability statements from qualified industry partners to provide comprehensive, cradle-to-grave engineering project management, execution, and technical support services.
