DIAL IN BY PHONE: +1 503-207-9433 / PHONE CONFERENCE ID: 428 654 151#DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Project work consists of maintenance dredging the Everglades Harbor at identified dredging areas indicated on the drawings. Dredge areas will incorporate 1 foot of allowable overdepth. Place dredged material within the In-water Placement Area. Additional work includes turbidity monitoring and environmental species monitoring.The Contractor shall be required to (a) commence work under this contract within sixty (60) calendar days after the date the Contractor receives the notice to proceed, (b) prosecute the work diligently, and (c) complete the entire work ready for use not later than one hundred eighty (180) calendar days after the Contractor receives the notice to proceed. The time stated for completion shall include final cleanup of the premises. The total period of performance of 180 calendar days includes the following:Base Bid: 150 calendar days (inclusive of 60 calendar days for mob/demob)Option A: 30 calendar daysThe applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 237990 (Exception), Dredging and Surface Cleanup Activities. The Small Business Size Standard for this project is $37 Million.The Target Price Range is between $3,000,000 and $8,000,000.The request for proposal (RFP) will be issued on or about July 22, 2026, and proposals will be due on or about August 21, 2026. The award of the task order will be made on the basis of Lowest Price Technical Acceptable (LPTA).
