Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source 8(a) Procurement to The J Group, LLC, for Temporary Piloting Services The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Memphis District, Contracting Division, intends to award a sole-source, commercial services purchase order to The J Group, LLC, pursuant to the authority of RFO FAR 19.108. This procurement will support the Memphis District Operations Division by providing temporary Piloting services for the Mississippi River Commission (MRC) and revetment operations from FY26 through FY30.
