The U.S. Embassy in Turkmenistan, intends to issue Request for Quotation (RFQ) No. 19TX1026Q0006 via the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) when it is available. All responsible sources may submit a quotation once the RFQ is released. The United States Embassy Ashgabat, Turkmenistan requires preventive maintenance services for their fuel systems. The Contractor requires to maintain the following systems in a safe, reliable and efficient operating condition. The anticipated contract will be a firm-fixed-price contract/purchase order awarded to the lowest-priced technically acceptable responsible offeror. The Government may award the contract based on initial quotations without discussion. Important Notice: All contractors must be registered and maintain an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) with a valid Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) prior to contract award, pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. There is no fee to register for SAM.gov. Detailed information, user guides, and webinars are available at https://www.sam.gov Additional Information: No paper copies of the RFQ will be issued. All documents will be available electronically via SAM.gov. Please note: Questions from vendors regarding this requirement will only be accepted after the official RFQ is issued. No inquiries will be entertained prior to the release of the RFQ.
