The Town of Leesburg, VA is soliciting sealed proposals to establish multiple term contracts to provide snow and ice removal services from Town rights-of-way including streets, sidewalks and trails as well as Town property such as parking lots, the Town’s parking garage, the Town’s police station, etc. This is a continuous solicitation.
