This notice is being published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 5.101(2) using other than full and open competition under the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO). This is a notice of intent to award a four-year firm fixed price purchase order and is not a request for competitive proposals.
