Special Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source: Project Title: L3Harris Advance Operator Course Training Reference Number: FA460826QS041 The 2nd Contracting Squadron, Barksdale AFB, hereby submits an intent to award a sole source notice. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-priced contract to L3Harris Technologies, Inc. for advance operator course training on the AN/PRC-117G & AN/PRC-160 at Barksdale AFB. An extended description of the service being acquired is as follows: An 8-day (64-hour) CONUS training program conducted on-site at Barksdale AFB, LA, by a single certified instructor.
