Introduction The Department of Commerce is conducting market research to determine if there are two (2) or more capable businesses, including small businesses, that can perform the requirements of a planned contract for Cistern Cleaning Services. 2. The contracting officer will use the information to develop an acquisition strategy and may issue an RFP/IFB if warranted. 3. Please review the attached Draft - Statement of Work.
