About this opportunity
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), New Mexico State Office intends to negotiate with only one source, Gibson & Barnes Premiere Outfitters, 1900 Weld Blvd, #140, El Cajon, CA 92020 for (15 each) HHM7-5LRG-WX-000208, HGU-56 Helmet, Articulating Retention, Large-White. This action is authorized by and in accordance with FAR 6.302.1. The Government believes that the only responsible source capable of satisfying the agency�s requirement is Gibson-Barnes Premiere Outfitters. A Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition (JOFOC) has been prepared in support of this acquisition. The estimated value of this acquisition is $54,825.
