Description: THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. The USCG Base Los Angeles Long Beach intends to award a sole-source purchase order using the procedures at FAR 12.102 (b) and RFO subpart 6.103-1 "Other Than Full and Open Competition", as it has been deemed that only one source is available to meet this specific requirement. Due to that Fortior Solutions is the sole provider of the Omnivee� Program and its associated RcX capabilities.
