The U.S. Government is currently looking for a 1500 � 2,000 sf storage space in a building in St. Peters Missouri. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government�s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, and non-productive agency downtime. Space must be located within the following delineated area: West Highway 109; North Highway 100; East River Des Peres and Telegraph Road; South border is Highway M/MM.
