THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE, NOT A REQUEST FOR A QUOTE (RFQ). A RFQ WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND QUOTES WILL NOT BE REQUESTED. Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division (NSWC, IHD), intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order on a non-competitive basis to Vision Research, Inc. 100 Dey Rd. Wayne, NJ. 07470-4604 for a Phantom Camera. Vision Research, Inc. is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and does not authorize third-party resellers or distributors. Therefore, a direct sole-source procurement from the OEM is the only viable method to satisfy this requirement.
