The Medical Readiness Contracting Office � West (MRCO-West) is issuing this Sources Sought notice to find potential sources to provide all functions, tasks and responsibilities normally performed by a ground ambulance emergency response and transport organization for (2) ground ambulances 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 or 366 days a year providing an Emergency Medicine physician medical director, Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT), Paramedics, and a Senior Level Paramedic that shall serve as an On-Site Program Manager in support of U.S. Army Medical Department Activity (MEDDAC) Fort Polk Operational Area-Ranges, Fort Polk, Louisiana as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
